  Very disappointed in the service of Billingtons my car has been in 3 times for a boot catch to be fixed. Went to collect this again today 3rd time lucky. No such luck got there to be told the only thing they didn’t manage to do was fix the boot lock it still won’t work on the key. Well considering that was the only reason it went in then you didn’t manage to do anything.

  I have today booked my vauxhall in for servicing tempted by the vauxhall service club discounts and deals, read all the small print very carefully because the discount may not look as good as they appear. I was very disappointed when i got the bill but the vauxhall service manager was in agreement and the bill was amended an amount to reflect this ,not completely what i had hoped but something at least. After driving home there was diesel pouring out of my car. Vauxhall asked me to return and the fault was fixed within an hour, which was their error. Today was stressful, if only the service team had explained the discounts and charges correctly. On a positive note the service manager is supportive and has worked to resolve issues. Just have to clean the drive..

  Very friendly place to do business .. no one likes to pay on repairs or servicing but the service and parts team are spot on...needs must..... recommended.. thanks. Mo
